Pakistan Housing Project- Foundations have been completedKot Ado: Alhamdu Lillah, Baitulmaal has started the construction to build new homes for the those who lost theirs in the devastated flood a few months ago. Preparing the land and grading it to start the housing project has been completed in Kot Ado area (3hrs from Multan), Masha Allah, the land was donated by generous donors in Pakistan, and architect engineers are donating their time as well. The damaged houses were demolished, and the layout of the model village has taken its place.
1. The estimated cost for each home to be completed is $2,000.00-3000.00. Please sponsor at least one home and this will be a sadaqa jariah for you inshaAllah.
2. A minimum of 50 homes will be initiated and built on this land. 3. The most needy families will be housed in these homes.

They could not go back to their homes because they lost every thing, Baitulmaal's staff and volunteers are taking care of these families by distributing monthly rations, and providing clean water and medical care. $7500.00 is estimated in monthly expenses to keep these families in good living conditions. click to see images Please donate or sponsor one family or more for just $100.00 a month per family.We also need to return these 84 families to their land , but there is nothing for them to go back to. So, we would like to provide them cement and bricks to repair their damaged mud houses for an average of $1,000 each Thata Area (Sindh): 22 water wells inshaAllah will be dug in 22 villages to provide clean water for the villagers and their livestock. (10 have been completed) The estimated cost to dig one water well is $350.00. Manzoorabad, Jamshoro Abad Got, Ranta , Thatta areas: Planting seeds on 10K acres of land: Farmers have requested Baitumaal to supply them with seeds in order to plant their crops so they can start over in farming their lands to become more self sufficient and able to provide for their own families. 1. $80.00 is enough to purchase one bag of seeds to cover one acre of land. 2. 5000 acres of land are needed to be planted with seeds. 3. Insh'Allah Baitulmaal will provide the seeds to the first 250 families. Please donate and sponsor as many bags of seeds as you can. Please remember that Baitulmaal depends only on Allah azawajal first, then on the support and donations of your generousity to be able to continue helping others.
