Missouri Flood - USA

Heavy rain in Missouri, over 10 inches in some areas, has caused flooding throughout the state, shutting down roads and killing 5 residents. The small town of Piedmont was particularly hard hit, with 200 houses and businesses affected. The National Weather Service has declared the situation "serious" and has issued ongoing flood warnings for most of the state.
