As Baitulmaal continues our relief work from the recent 2011 floods in Pakistan due to heavy rains in Sindh region, we visited the town of Jhuddo. Most families lost their homes and migrated to temporary shelters. The Baitulmaal team surveyed there and registered the most needy families and sent 2 fully loaded trucks of relief aid. 320 families received bags of blankets, mattresses, kitchen utensils and woolen shawls as needed.
