Executive Director: Suleiman Alghanem
Suleiman originated from Jordan but has lived in the US for the past 26 years. He is happily married and a proud father of four children. Suleiman is a valued member of the Dallas-Fort Worth community and is an active and respected member of the Muslim community as well. He is both in the office and out in the field constantly making sure that the day to day operations are running smoothly, building relationships in the community and striving diligently to make Baitulmaal the best that it can be. Alia holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, with her focus in Communications, Sociology, Religion & Culture. She is an active member in the DFW community especially in interfaith work and academic outreach on the topic of Islam and Muslims. She also writes and is an avid photographer. She says of her work with Baitulmaal, "There is a great sense of joy, peace, and humility when you are working to alleviate poverty, suffering and to help those who have been affected by disasters." Sheikh Mohanad Albosstani is a student of knowledge, a father of 4 daughters and has been living in the US for 28 years, The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said: (the best of people are those who are the most beneficial to others). Mohanad believes that by being a student of knowledge, propagating the message of Islam and by participating in charitable works he will insha'Allah fulfill the calling of this great Hadith of our beloved prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.
