President: Ugas Jillaow

Married, father of 3
Profession- Information Technology
Masters Degree in Business Information Systems
Served on the boards of CAIR DFW, ICI, & Baitulmaal.
Ugas has worked with various charities for the last 18yrs. He is passionate about social justice, civil rights, & social service programs that aid the needy and underprivileged.

Treasurer: Khalid Hussain

 
Khalid spent his college years in Chennai, India and completed his undergraduate study at University of Madras where he received his B. S degree in Computer Science. Khalid accepted an international assignment at the age of 21 (All praise due to Allah (swt) and continued his journey to United States.
In 2004 Khalid and his wife moved to Dallas Texas, where they continue to live. He is blessed with two daughters.
In addition to his voluntary work with Islamic Center of Irving and Islamic School of Irving, he has completed his MBA at University of Phoenix. He has been a valuable contribution to the many technology projects at Islamic Center of Irving. Additionally, Khalid shared in organizing technology projects in many other centers such as Valley Ranch Masjid, Lewisville Masjid, Plano Islamic School and East Plano Islamic Center. Applying the right subject matter knowledge to his work, he has succeeded in making astounding success in all of his projects. (All praise due to Allah SWT). Because of his track record, he has been able to attract, retain and improve public relations, simultaneously improving and enriching communities. Being honest, truthful, respectful to others, building the bridges of harmony and helping those in need.
Khalid is instrumental in managing money accounts and trying to be of assistance for good, needy people, working their way back in to society, making the world a better place. We should all strive to do our best part to improve our world and to succeed in this life and hereafter.

 Board Member: Carole Sturm

Carole is an active member of the DFW Muslim Community for the last 24 years and is married with 2 children. She is passionate about building services for the Muslim Community, helping the local needy, and promoting Interfaith peace and dialogue. In addition to her work with Baitulmaal the organizations she is currently or previously affiliated with are:

• One Nation Relief and Charity
• Al-Hedayah Institutions
• Muslim Community Center for Human Services
• America's Muslim Family Magazine
• Daughters of Abraham - Interfaith Coalition
• Multi-Cultural Alliance

Carole is also an active public speaker on behalf of Islam and Muslims across DFW. She  is a frequent speaker at various churches/religious assemblies and college classrooms across the metroplex.

 Board Member: Iqbal Hussain, MD

 Married father of 3 childern. Received medical education from Pakistan. Now practiced as ICU specialist at one of the Hospital at Fort Worth. 2010 floods in Pakistan motivated him to get involved in charity work.
